Channl is a communication platform that enables users to send and manage messages via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. The Service includes contact management, message templates, scheduling, and analytics features.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service.

• Anti-spam legislation

5. Message Content and Consent

5.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all message content sent through the Service. We do not review, edit, or monitor message content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5.2 Recipient Consent

You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages. You agree to:

• Maintain records of consent
• Honor opt-out requests immediately
• Include opt-out instructions in messages where required
• Not send messages to recipients who have opted out

6. Billing and Payments

6.1 Credits and Pricing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when messages are sent. Pricing may vary by channel and is subject to change with notice.

• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Channl and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process recipient data through our Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Channl, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or court order
• You fail to pay amounts due

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
